1/ How does this work ? You have the capital and we have the investment solution. You place your money in our investment and we work your money for you by creating and running a reliable business supported by a brand spending a lot of money in expensive media promo. Then each year and whenever it's possible, we pay to you the profits in accordance to the money you invested. 2/ How long does my investment last ? As long as we run the business you invested in. 5, 10 maybe 15 years. You get payments as long as it's on. 3/ How much profit do I get ? It's difficult to answer precisely as long as we don't know how much money you are ready to invest. What we can say is that actually we need about US$100 000 to start a business. If you invest $100 000, you get 100% of the profits after taxes and charges. If you invest 80% of $100 000, you get 80% . If you invest 50% of $100 000, you get 50% of the profits...etc According to the business we open, the required capital is more or less important but rarely goes over $200 000. Yearly profits often announced by the franchiser are a six figure number up to US$700 000 / $800 000 or more. For example if at the end of a year, the business profit after tax and charges, is a million dollar. It's yours ! 4/ How can you guarantee that I will earn a profit ? Because we will work with famous franchise names only with big marketing promotion (TV/Papers/Magazines) and that never registered the closure of one of their franchisee shops in our country. Ask us some names and you will understand right away that we are only working with winner franchises. Otherwise, all franchisers are working with us the location, the administration and more to make this business profitable because if it is, it also is for them. First of all, we will work with a chartered accountant who will be independent. It means he will not be involved in our company. It'll be someone we will employ to take care of your money administration. It'll also be responsible of the profit payment to you. Secondly, we will of course send a contract to your address with all the details of your investment. You will then see that our business is serious and that your money is invested with honesty. To make you feel better about your investment, we will publish for you a special free website with all the details about the store or business we opened with your money. We will edit on it all info you can expect also with many pictures and the weekly profits. This way you will exactly know how your investment is running and going. The only thing you will have to do, is receiving your money at the end of the year. You won't have to take care of anything. 10/ Who's the owner of the business ? We will be delegate directors for nationality reasons. It's quite impossible, except for multimillionaire investors, to invest/own in Australia if you are not Australian citizen. It means you need a representative who's located in Australia to take care of the administration of your business. On the other hand, we will make sure that your name appears on the registration papers as investor or owner according to the rules and laws in our country. 11/ Can I invest even if I live far away from Australia ? If you don't speak English neither French, sorry but it will be difficult to help you. 12/ I invest and awhile later, I am not satisfied. Will I get refund of my investment ? Yes. No question asked. However, you will get refund of your money only when the business profitability will allow it or when we will have found an investor ready to buy your share. 13/ What are the charges for a business ? There are plenty of charges to consider. Rent of the premises, electricity and water, employee salaries including ours, insurances, franchise royalties, chartered accountant fees ... Neither more or less than any store or restaurant. What it is important for you to know, is that you have to consider the Net profit. It means this money is 100% for you. When we talk about Net profit, it means we already paid all the charges and Australian tax. 14/ How do I get paid ? You will have to work this matter with the accountant. He will suggest to you different solutions. I guess the easiest and cheapest way is by wire transfer from the company account to yours. 15/ Must I declare my profit to the tax department of my country ? Of course. However it is your own responsibility. See with an accountant if necessary. 16/ Is it legal ? Of course it is ! If you are not sure, feel free to check with an accountant, a lawyer or any other legal persons near you. You invest money in a business located in a foreign country. It's as easy as that. We will send you a contract that you will be able to show to anybody you think useful in your decision. 17/ Is it an Offshore investment ? Not at all ! Australia is not a country considered offshore. Offshore investments are often fuzzy. You place your money but you don't really know where it goes and if you will see it again. Talk to your bank teller about offshore investments and he will explain to you how risky it is. Australia is a stable country with a strong economy, good growth, low taxed compared to many countries and many benefits for business and entrepreneurs. 19/ How to calculate my profit share ? We calculate your share this way. Example : You invest $5000 and we require $100 000. It's 5% of $100 000. When it's time for us to calculate the business yearly profit then you get 5%. If Net profit is $500 000 (it's just for an example), it means you get your 5% or $25 000. You get your 5% every year as long as the business is running. 20/ How many actors are there in this business finally ? There is you = Investors sharing 100% There is us = Administrator / director and franchisee. We get paid $2000 per month and per business. There is the franchiser = Providing security, brand, training, promotion, support, product. They get 8% every month. 21/ I am interested. How to start ?
